HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
For In-Stock items, generally, it will take 1-2 days for us to process your order.
For Pre-Order items, generally, it will take around 30 days (A specific time would be mentioned on the product page) for us to restock IT, and then process it in 1-2 days when it is restocked.
After we processed the order, then for Standard shipping orders will take around 3-20 business days to arrive due to UPS.

Can I make a gift package for products purchased through mancofficial.com?
Yes, we do offer the option to add a personalised gift card for your package. When placing your order, please provide your message at checkout.
Can I cancel an item from my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to an alternative style. If you wish to amend your purchase, please contact our customer care team.
Can I collect my orders from your showroom?
Yes, it is possible to collect your order from our showroom. Please select ‘Showroom Pick-up’ at checkout. Once confirmed, your order will be in our showroom within 1-2 business days. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from our customer care team containing a tracking link. Additionally, you can track your order with your order number from Yurtici Kargo’s website and DHL’s website.
What companies do you ship to?
We offer global shipping via DHL to all destinations besides Russia. Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey. Please note; shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may apply upon delivery. For more information please see our Shipping page.
What is a pre-order and how does it work on mancofficial.com?
The nature of our products means they sell out quickly and this allows us to hold your place to make sure you get what you want. The item will be shipped by the date shown in the product description. Please note that your card will be charged fully when a preorder is placed. This is the only way we can allocate the item to you.
What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?
You have 14 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from mancofficial.com. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition and with its original invoices & packaging. The product must be unworn, in its original condition and with its original packaging.
All attached product labels and logos (if any) must be intact and not be removed. Damaged products will not be accepted for return or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and all other major credit cards, via the IYZICO checkout gateway. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Amex credit cards.

How can I guarantee that the product I purchased is authentic?
Our company does not offer merchandise for sale through individuals, flea markets, unauthorized retail locations, or at auctions.
Is there a warranty on my products?
All MANC products have a three months warranty. We offer repair services for our bags If the product is within it’s guarantee period and a repair is possible, the restoration will be carried out free of charge. If you find an issue with your product within the guarantee period, please contact our customer care team who will be able to advise you. If you experience a problem with your product after the warranty period has passed and it is a repairable problem, we offer product repair service for a fee. During the product repair process after the warranty period, the shipping costs belong to our customers. For more information, please contact info@mancofficial.com. Please note that Manc cannot accept any complaints due to loss of color of our gold plated hardwares.
Product Care
Manc uses gold colored plated hardwares on your Manc bag. The golden hardwares will not loose clarity and color if handled with special care. Avoid any contact with other surfaces. Avoid all contacts with liquids and especially cremes or hand lotions. Please note that Manc cannot accept any complaints due to loss of color of our gold plated hardwares. Substances such as alcohol, cologne and disinfectant should not come into contact with our products. Otherwise, they might damage the skin of the leather. In order to minimize possible damage, we recommend wiping the stained area with Vaseline with small strokes and then wiping with a damp cloth.
