RETURNS & EXCHANGES

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unfortunately we're unable to do returns or exchanges for international orders due to customs regulations in Turkey at this time.

If we send your package and the package returns to us from UPS, the original shipping cost that was included in the price will be deducted from your return.

Items that are final sale are not eligible for return. 

DOMESTIC RETURNS

The customer is responsible for shipping returns, meaning all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. The original shipping fee will not be credited back in the case of a return. Please note that failure to pay the customs cost will result in package to be held at the customs therefore the return process will not take place. Please contact us from info@mancofficial.com before sending your return/exchange item.You may use any postal service at your own risk, MANC does not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.

Return Process

• Note the quantity and reason for return on your packing list.
• For Exchanges, please note the style, size, and color of the item you are exchanging for.
• Pack your return securely, in the original package and include your completed packing list.
• We highly recommend saving your tracking number.

Failure to return merchandise as listed above will result in the product being returned without refund and at the expense of the customer. You will be notified via email once your return has been approved and a refund has been processed. Please allow 15 days for your return to be processed.
